For the operation of our services, we further utilize various other tools and third parties to ensure efficient management of our website and webshop, management of customer data, e-mail communication, processing and delivery of orders, etc.

We also use tools for collecting information via our website for analysis and marketing purposes. These tools are carefully selected and deployed to meet our operational needs and to process your personal data securely, in accordance with applicable legislation. Some of these services are located outside the European Economic Area (EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), which means your data may be processed in America and/or other countries where these companies maintain and store their servers/cloud storage and backups. • Sensitive data such as dietary requirements for in-person events are permanently deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the event.
